Hi, I’m Jeffrey Czajka

Jeffrey Czajka is the Founder of Advisor Growth Solutions where he focuses on helping his clients accelerate their growth by designing strategy and developing skills.  For the past two decades, Jeffrey has won awards and received recognition for personal sales results, team sales achievements, and the creation of a new advisor program at a Fortune 500 company.

He is an expert in developing new sales professionals; especially those in the financial services industry.  In 2018, he used his strategic and tactical brilliancy to take an idea and turn it into a program within three months.  In the first two years, that new advisor program added 81 new advisors who acquired over $322 million dollars of assets under management and added $250,000 of EBITA to the bottom line of a Fortune 500 company.  As a result, that program was a finalist in the wealthmanagement.com awards in 2019.

Earlier in his sales career, Jeffrey was a back-to-back leader in the Western Territory for new sales team production and individually received over 21 sales awards.  Keys to his success were mastering a consultative sales process and then teaching it to those he led.  Now he works with companies, and individuals, all over the country helping them develop the skills necessary to achieve their growth objectives.

As an undefeated city champion in wrestling and a member of a state championship baseball team, Jeffrey integrates his love of sports into his teaching style to help his clients learn skills that will make them successful.  When you work with Jeffrey you will experience how he uses sports analogies to help simplify the complexities of success so you can master the basics necessary to win.

Jeffrey has delivered over two thousand presentations to groups all over the country.  He is comfortable walking into a room of strangers, delivering value that helps them grow, and leaving them with a growth experience they will remember for a lifetime.
